What a disaster. Honestly. Made reservations for 8pm. Came. Ordered oysters for app. Told they were out. Ordered mussels. Main course. Ordered cod and shrimp scampi. Out of cod. Ordered salmon. Out of salmon. Out of scallops. Waitress told us the “seafood truck” got in an accident. 10 minutes later the table beside us got salmon and scallops. Waitress literally walked to our table and said “this is what your meal could have looked like”. Got our food. Meh. $11 drinks which were too strong to even drink. Waste

Don't hesitate to give 385 Bank a try. Chef Eric's presentation is outstanding. I love eating on the bar side of the house.

So glad the other place was closed. The food superb. The staff very friendly. The atmosphere very enjoyable. Hats off to Danny the chef!

Great food, good service but didn't have any happy hour deals. Beer selection was a little limited but had Outer Light, the local micro brew.

New London goes through a lot of restaurants. I really hope this one lasts.We went for brunch and the food was top shelf and service was outstanding. The dining room is neat, clean, and cozy. A family was celebrating their end of summer brunch and the staff celebrated right along with them...while staying on top of everyone else.Highly recommended.

Mom and pop type vibe- very friendly staff and locals. Very relaxed setting. The food was phenomenal! I had the Local Diver and was very pleased. The waitree ran down the street after me when I forgot my to go box. A great experience.

Christy our waitress and Danny the chef really kicked off 2019 with something special. "Lobster Pop Tarts" ?? A must try. Friendly personalized service, superb presentation, and food that literally hugged my pallet. Will definitely be back again!!

Food cocktails were excellent, and fairly priced and the host and staff were very friendly and accommodating! We will return!

The food and service is amazing. Mussels and pan seared salmon were to die for and so beautifully plated but yet did not lack in portion size at all. The owner is so friendly and personable it made dinner awesome!

Count me among the fans. It's a dream team of past incarnations with new proud owners. If you can't give it a five, tell them and they won't let that sentiment linger. It is certainly a flagship experience amongst some great NL fare.

This place was awesome! I was in New London on work for a few days and decided to stop in based on the reviews and pictures, and I was not disappointed! I ordered the escargot, seared local diver and the cheesecake 39th for dessert and it was all amazing! The escargot and local diver were super tender, cooked and plated perfectly! On top of the delicious food, the two sisters behind the bar were friendly and made the dining experience even better! If you're from out of town, or just checking out a new spot, I highly recommend this place!

This is my new favorite restaurant in New London! The food is delicious, the amostphere is calming and relaxing. I got to meet the chef his name is Eric, I notice he comes out from time to time to meet the customers! I highly recommend this place to any one that wants to try a newly refreshing way of dining! They have the best menu in New London hands down!

This was my third time going to 385, and I have yet to have any part of a meal that I didn't enjoy. Everything is always cooked perfectly, with generous portion sizes.

Food was great for lunch but not for the Sunday Buffet. Tried to go several times during lunch and sign said open but when I went in they said they were closed. Their help just doesn't show on on Saturdays at lunchtime it appears along with whatever the other 2 times their reasons were. Will try again for lunch as their lobster roll is to die for.

Amazing food. Service was good, probably better not on a Monday. Bartender is awesome. Will be back.

A hidden gem in New London. Stopped for a few drinks and a snack on a Sunday and was blown away. They have quality food and great drinks. Definitely check this place out!

Great tasting food . Must try the lobster bisque! Atmosphere, service was perfect.

One of my favorite restaurants since it has opened! However, on my last 3 visits they have been out of an item that was seafood related. Before my next visit I will call before going to make sure they can provide a seafood dish.

Good service even on St Patty's day with a small on hand staff. Nice atmosphere, good price for quality, not too loud, family friendly, and good drinks/food to boot. Would def recommend.

Champagne brunch was wonderful! Excellent, creative menu.
